The Eternal Kingdom is the unending reign of God through Jesus Christ that will never pass away or be destroyed.
It is the final and permanent expression of the Kingdom of God, in which every enemy has been subdued and God is all in all.
Scripture declares that of the increase of His government and of peace there will be no end, and that His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom.
The saints will reign with Christ forever and ever in the new heaven and new earth, where the throne of God and of the Lamb is the center of all life.
From the promise given to David of a throne established forever, through the vision of Daniel of a kingdom that shall not be destroyed, to the final declaration of Revelation that the Lord God will reign forever and ever, the Bible points to an eternal kingdom. Jesus announced that the kingdom of God was at hand, yet He also taught His disciples to pray for its coming. At the seventh trumpet heaven proclaims that the kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever. After the final judgment, the new heaven and new earth appear, and the servants of God reign forever and ever. The eternal kingdom is therefore the consummation of all God’s redemptive purpose: the complete removal of the curse, the full manifestation of Christ’s reign, and the unbroken fellowship of God with His people. No rival power remains. No night, no death, and no end interrupt the joy of those who belong to the King.

The saints will reign with Him in the new heaven and new earth, where the throne of God and of the Lamb is the light and the center of all things. No enemy remains. No curse remains. No night remains. Therefore set your hope fully on the eternal kingdom. Live as a citizen of the realm that cannot be shaken. The King who reigns forever is the same King who loved you and gave Himself for you. His kingdom is everlasting, and of that kingdom there will be no end.
